A preset design has been establish. Please submit your information below. You will receive a layout of the sash via Adobe Sign to approve before payment is required. ​You will not received an invoice for payment until your layout is approved.

 

The cost of the sash is $85 (Sash) +  $15.00 (Double Trim) $15.00 (UPS shipping)  = $115.00

Total length is approximately 90 inches, from shoulder to end of sash - across the body is approximately 45 inches. Approximate width is 5 - 5.5 inches.  If you need a length adjustment, please indication in the questions and concerns section at the bottom of the order form.
