Custom Orders

  • All custom layouts must be approved before production begins.

  • All custom orders require 100% payment up front or a purchase order number before production begins.

  • H Creations reserves the right to decline duplicating an image/graphic.

  • Digitizing fee may apply to certain image/graphics.

  • Additional fees may be assessed for lengthy names for certain apparel (i.e. jackets, shirts, jerseys).

  • H Creations does not offer refunds on custom group orders. We understand situations occur and we will try our best to work with any situations that may occur.

​Returns, Exchange and Refunds Policy on Stock Items 

  • A stock item is an item that is not custom or personalized items, and is generally ordered from the Shop Section of the H Creations website. 

  • All custom or personalized items are final sale, and are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • All sale stock items are final sale and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • All fabric facial masks are final sale and are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

 

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but in case you are not satisfied with the quality of your purchase, please contact H Creations within 14 days of receiving your stock item. H Creations will exchange the same item or issue a refund of the full-purchase price after the item is returned. If you have not notified H Creations about the quality of your stock item within 14 days, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. 

 

Exchanges 

We will gladly exchange your stock item if you need a different size. H Creations makes every effort to make sizing information about garments available. But sometimes you do not know until you try it on. Please note, additional shipping costs may apply.  Please use the Contact Us form or email us at info@hcreationsemb.com for exchange instructions.

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Feel free to use the carrier of your choice.

 

Refunds 

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned item.

Mistakes

  • H Creations requires approval of all custom orders before production begins. Clients will be sent a digital mock up via email to approve. It is the client’s responsibility to carefully review the digital mock up and alert H Creations of any revisions or corrections needed. Once the digital mock up is approved by you, the client, a final invoice will be sent via email for payment.  After payment is received, supplies will be ordered, production will be scheduled and fabrication will begin.

  • If any information is incorrect or misspelled by fault of H Creations, we will correct the mistake at no expense to the client.

  • If the error is an oversight of the client, it is the responsibility of the client to incur the expenses associated with correcting the error. (i.e. shipping, new materials, artwork fees and/or new garment fabrication)

Mailing / Shipping

  • The client is responsible for shipping costs if you are sending H Creations materials to work with.

  • If a mailed package is returned to H Creations, due to an incorrect address that was provided by you, the client, you will be required to pay additional postage to have the item(s) reshipped.

  • H Creations primarily uses United States Postal Service (USPS) for most shipping. Larger orders are shipped via UPS or Fed Ex Ground Service. Express orders are shipped via Express Mail Service by the USPS, Fed Ex, UPS, Greyhound Package Express or Delta Cargo. Once your package is in the possession of the shipping carrier and you have received your tracking number, H Creations is not responsible for any delivery delays or shipping issues caused by the shipping carrier.

  • If you have a shipping preference, H Creations will be more than happy to use your preferred shipping carrier. Clients will be assessed preferred carrier’s shipping fees.

Peak Season / Order Deadlines

H Creations encourages early ordering to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner. Order deadlines and quantity limits are established to help ensure production overload does not happen.    ​
