A preset design has been establish. Please submit your information below. You will receive a layout of the sash to approve before payment is required.  To receive your silver sash by Saturday, November 15, 2025, the below deadline schedule has been established:

Order dateline is Monday, October 20, 2025

Approval Deadline is Friday, October 24, 2025

Payment Deadline is Friday, October 31, 2025

You will not received an invoice for payment until your layout is approved.

 

The cost of the sash is $85 (sash) + $15.00 (UPS shipping)  = $100.00 

Please note Florida sales tax is not included in quoted cost.

Total length is approximately 90 inches, from shoulder to end of sash - across the body is approximately 45 inches. Approximate width is 5 - 5.5 inches.  If you need a length adjustment, please indication in the questions and concerns section at the bottom of the order form.
