A preset design has been establish. Please submit your information below. You will receive a layout of the sash to approve before payment is required.  To receive your silver sash BEFORE South Atlantic Regional Conference, please adhere to the dates provided.  If you need your sash for a chapter presentation, please indicate this information in the question and comment at the bottom of this order form.

Payment Deadline is Monday, March 23, 2026

You will not received an invoice for payment until your layout is approved.

 

The cost of the sash is $85 (sash) + $5 (plain ivy leaf) + $15 (shipping)

Please note: Florida resisdents will be charged tax.

Total standard length is approximately 90 inches, from shoulder to end of sash - across the body is approximately 45 inches. Approximate width 5 - 5.5 inches.
